Welcome to the LabTech Web Control Center.
If you can connect to this webpage then you can setup the System Agents without
any additional configuration.
This Website provides you with extensive reporting functionality with some
limited PC and full Time and Ticketing controls. LabTech Web Reporting allows
any LabTech user with access to view the reports available on the system. The
reports available are the same as the control center and if they are modified
they will change for both.
Installing Agents
To install a new System Agent - click on Install Service, save the File and run it. When the
installer runs, the address you used to connect to this page will be
used to setup the Agent. The Installer will indicate that its finished successfully but
will not be visible or customizable.
LabTech Mobile
LabTech Mobile allows the technicians to view and edit information in the
system from their mobile devices. The technicians can work with tickets and
timers plus set there locations for easy tracking. The application installs
on a windows mobile device by saving the cab file and then running it.
